Arby's at 8031 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio.

I'm literally sitting in the drive thru as i type this and ive been sotting here with 3 cars in front of me for aprox 20 min. The lady that took my order was VERY rude, kept interrupting me as I was placing my order. and then got an attitude over a discount that I HAVE A COUPON FOR. Getting my food now, and the lady just seems miserable to be here. wish i could give negative stars. I will def not be returning to this Arby's. it's a shame . they just asked me what my order was like they never took it to begin with. this keeps gettjng worse and worse. good lord
