Captain's Watch at 903 Adams Crossing, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Great apartment building. My dad moved into this place about 6 months ago after my brother and I moved out to go to college. I helped move him in from our house in Loveland and everything has been wonderful since then. The building is nice and safe. The other tenants are very nice and welcoming. The only gripe I had with this building is that the building management and maintenance are offsite so sometimes when there is an emergency in the building and someone gets called, then it's hard to locate access to utility rooms. I had a refrigerator guy come and the maintenance left the utility closet closed (despite being asked to leave it open) and I had to reschedule him to come back the next day since maintenance was in another property that day.
