This place has the absolute worst customer service Iever experienced. We placed a delivery order at 10:40 pm and received a call it could not be delivered due to closing time at 11 pm which is somewhat understandable. When asked if we would get charged they said no. After getting off the phone and checking the bank account they charged us. When calling back for a total of 4 times and being hung up on and told we’re closed when it’s only 10:55 pm, we finally on the 5th time after saying do not hang up you charged me for a delivery order let me talk to the manager. The woman who claimed she was a manager, who completely lacked manners and any type of human decency, refused to give her name when asked and hung up.

This is an absolute joke that this place is still running with staff members like that and should honestly be shut down because it is an embarrassment to humanity. Will not be ordering from Donatos ever again.
