I'm in total disbelief over customer service here. Beware you can only be refunded for 1item. Not 1 invoice if something happens, and your unable to pick up on invoice date. I loved this site but customer service is not aiming to please consumer. If you pay cash, you expect a product or a credit if items are shipped to a different wearhouse, well I still paid for them and deserve a refund. Spent $1000 s here and you want to screw me and keep my money, for nothing in return. No! Consumer righs. And I'll forget about buying from Broadwell.
