The service is absolutely trash. I’m in sales so I’m understanding of being understaffed, but your customer service should still be above and beyond. We waited an hour and a half for our order to be delivered only to receive the wrong order. When we asked for a refund we were put on hold for 15 minutes (literally), had to explain what was going on to another employee, put on hold for ANOTHER 10 minutes to be told there’s a sign on the window that says no refunds that I guess I was supposed to see from my apartment. Management down to drivers are HORRIBLE at this place. WOW.
