I had a problem with one of my accounts that I set up incorrectly. I tried to get it resolved through Huntington's Customer Service but they suggested I go directly to the branch bank office because of the complexity of the issue. This bank branch management corrected my problem and it was not an easy one to fix. In my books, this branch gives outstanding service and is very concerned their customers are always happy with their banking outcomes. I would highly recommend this branch as well as Huntington .Bank I have tried other banks in the Cincinnati area and find this one is the best.
