It's about what you'd expect. I didn't find it overly dirty, but it wasn't clean. Baby pool was closed as was the hot tub. To be honest, it'd be impossible to keep the place nice with the people that visit here. Rowdy and inconsiderate. Wasn't terrible, wasn't great.

The facility was great. The kids loved it. One of my granddaughters has down syndrome and even though she gets scared easily she was able to handle it. But charging $15.00 for a 70 year old who didn't even have a suit and was just providing transportation is ridiculous. And searching our bags and making me throw away my 1-liter diet pepsi was crazy when they could leave and come back because they couldn't afford $15 for a small pizza for each of 10 people. That's $150.00 to swim and then another$150-$300 to eat so they just went to McDonald's and came back.
