Starbucks at 11397 Montgomery Rd., # D, Cincinnati, Ohio.

I came to pick up my order from Starbucks app, but the employee said my order out off service , so I asked them my money return to my account , their were said No , I need to order anorther refresh else ,or if I still want my old order went to different Starbucks store location pick it up , so no choice I have to order another refresh because I not living this area I don’t want lost my money . Not to friendly .
